I'm a beginner. Which class is right for me?
Welcome! We recommend starting with our Beginner Yoga or Gentle Hatha classes. These focus on foundational poses, breathing techniques, and alignment.
What equipment do I need for online yoga classes?
You'll need a yoga mat, a stable internet connection, and comfortable clothes. Optional but helpful props include yoga blocks, a strap (or belt), a cushion or bolster, and a blanket for support and relaxation. Many household items can be used as substitutes!
Can I do yoga if I'm not flexible?
Absolutely! Yoga is not about being flexible, it's about becoming more mindful, strong, and mobile over time. Flexibility improves with consistent practice.
What should I wear to yoga class?

How do I join an online class?
Once you sign up, you'll receive a Zoom or video link via email 15-30 minutes before class. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space to practice.

How often should I practice yoga?
